The Ego to Eco (healthy ego/equality) notion is widespread under sustainability, but not mentioned as such. However, it is THE key for real sustainable leadership and change. I will talk about how to shift from Ego to Eco, and empower your own inner sustainability leader. I will also quickly delve into the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations compared to the Earth Charter Principles.
And most importantly: I will give you a workshop so you can find out yourself how you can put the Ego to Eco shift into practice.
