Special traits – (1) Story teller for all age groups – has a bottomless reservoir of stories (2) explain complex concepts to young children at their level (3) create card games and board games on any topic.

Other hobbies and passions: (1) Ghostwriting memoirs (2) children’s literature (3) Philanthropy – supports Arbor Foundation of America and a 100% charitable hospital and girls’ school in a remote area of India.

Past professions—journalist, college lecturer, researcher, special-ed content mastery teacher, part time cooking and gardening teacher, a published children’s author in Bengali language in India with 4 books.

Balaka’s vision: She envisions a perfect world where each industries waste serves as another’s resource, just like the circular processes in nature. She founded her writing business under the name The Green Writer, LLC.

Her passion for environment stems from a spiritual idea of leaving a legacy that will sustain life and harmony on this planet. To make room for children (of all species) to grow up in a safe and healthy world with a positive mindset.

Educational background: (two masters degree and 1 pre-ph.D research and dissertations master degree—phew!)

Growing up been a long journey through seven schools and three universities, and many cities in between—no wonder Balaka can speak five languages and follow a couple more.

The biggest reward for frequent moving is the courage to embrace change. Change doesn’t scare her—in fact it’s always been an opportunity for discovering something better and higher within oneself.
